Margaritha

Margaritha was an Empress of the Empire around the end of the 20th century IC.[1]
She ruled from Nuln.[1]
History
In 1979 IC, she granted the von Wittgenstein family an Charter and land taken from a supporter of her rival, the Ottilian Emperor Oskar III for services to national security.[1]
