Axelbrand was the Archlector of Taal during the Vampire Wars against Mannfred von Carstein. [1a]
He was part of the army that Martin, Elector Count of Stirland that stood against the vampire lord at the Battle of Hel Fenn.[1a]
As the battle lines were drawn up, he and the other priests of Taal were spread along the Empire line to try and counter the necromancy of the enemy. [1a]
