Schuster
General Schuster was a Empire General. [1a]
He was an arrogant and confident man who would not tolerate foreigners like Dwarfs, Halflings, Ogres or Kislevites in his army. [1b]
History
After reports reached Altdorf of a greenskin horde raiding mining settlements he led one of the forces dispatched to find and destroy the enemy camp. [1a] Schuster had force marched for three days, hoping to sieze a quick victory and then return to the capital to join the celebrations that would follow the appointment of a new Supreme Patriarch. [1b]
He saw the Orcs & Goblins as little threat, sure that they would flee before his approaching army. He divided his force into two - one would advance on the camp and drive them into his force which he led to encircle them and catch the fleeing greenskins. However it was the men of his first division that quailed in face of the horde at the camp and were routed by Squatting Troll who had seen the annhiliation of the imperial forces in a vision. [1b]
Schuster had been delayed by a quartet of River Trolls and by the time he reached the camp, there was only a mass of greenskins to greet him. He moved his men to a nearby hill which he hoped would form a good defeensive position but then the Warlord Crazy Spider appeared over the ridge and attacked. Only a single horse would survive the slaughter that followed. [1b]
