Boris Hohenbach
Boris Hohenbach was the Emperor from 1053-1115 IC, he was also known as Boris the Incompetent, Boris Goldgather [1a] and Boris II. [2].
Boris is considered the worst of the Drakwald Emperors, letting his Elector Counts rule as they wished as long as he recieved appropriate bribes. He also invented and sold many titles to them, as they competed to gather every more grandiose titles. He even rented out the chambers of a previous Emperor, Jürgen the Opulent to anyone who could pay for a night. [1a]
History
In 1111 IC, the empire was struck by plague in the east which slowly spread west, devestating everywhere. Emperor Boris withdrew to his palace outside Carroburg, only permitting the most weathly and beautiful of his subjects to join him whilst they waited for the plague to abate. [1a]
1115 IC saw an especially virulent explosion of the plague which even reached his palace, killing most of the Elector Counts, their families and retainers on a hot summer evening. Boris himself died, listening to a Skaven leader telling him how the chidren of the Horned Rat were about to enslave all that remained of his Empire. [1a]
